    Business Checks Cheap prints business checks, laser and manual business checks, business deposit slips and check envelopes on bank-grade security paper.     How to order cheap checks for business in five steps

    1. Pick the check type and position. Laser checks come with the check on top, in the middle or at the bottom of the sheet; your accounting or payroll program decides which. Manual checks come 3-per-page for a binder. Not sure which you need? Call (800) 385-1363 and we will tell you in a minute.
    2. Choose quantity, starting number and color. Higher quantities cost less per check. Your starting number should follow the last check you wrote.
    3. Enter your bank details or upload a voided check. We need the bank name, routing number and account number exactly as they appear on your current checks. The MICR line is printed in magnetic ink to ANSI X9.100 so it reads at the bank the first time.
    4. Add your logo and signature line (optional). Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF. Full-color logos are printed on every check style.
    5. Approve the proof. A proof arrives by email. Check the spelling, the bank numbers and the starting number, then approve. Orders approved by 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day.

    Frequently asked questions

    Which check position does my accounting software use?

    Most programs print the check on top with two stubs below; payroll programs often print in the middle; some print the check at the bottom. Use the software search on this site or call (800) 385-1363 and we will confirm the format for your program.

    Where do I find my routing and account numbers?

    Both are on the bottom of your current checks: the routing number is the nine-digit number on the left, the account number follows it. Uploading a voided check is the surest way to get both right.

    Are your checks compatible with my software?

    Yes. business checks from BusinessChecksCheap.com are printed to the standard 8.5 × 11 layouts every mainstream accounting and payroll program uses. If your program is unusual, send us a sample page and we match it.

    How fast will I receive my checks?

    Approved orders ship the same business day when approved by 2:00 PM Eastern. Standard ground takes 3–5 business days; rush processing and expedited shipping are available at checkout.

    Can I print my logo in color?

    Yes. Full-color logo printing is available on every check style at no extra setup fee. Upload a clean PNG, JPG or PDF with your order.

    Do you print deposit slips and envelopes too?

    Yes. Business deposit slips, double-window check envelopes, stamps and binders are in the Accessories menu and can ship with your checks.
